1981 century kept under pole barn roof last 16 years even though it had a new seal application when bought. The bathroom floor needs some new floor board in area about 3' x 5' area. Only window a/c and space heaters used currently. Furnace did work up till about 7 years ago and central ac did work till 5 years ago. Outside unit needs a new starter or something.
Needs new carpet, most furniture stays and one bed stays. Refrigerator stays living room funiture stays, two window units stay. Lots of cabinet space in Kitchen. The stove and hot water heater work. Stove is propane and water heater is electric.
This is a two bedroom, 1 bath, nice size living area and kitchen. Steps go with it. You move, tires for moving go with home but are questionable, has 10+ tie downs and extra parts, white skirting goes with unit also. Home is located off Hwy 36 between Bellville and Brenham.
