This is an older trailer. It has 3 broken windows. The old carpet has been torn out and it has been prepped for remodel. The roof does not leak and the floors are solid. This is a trailer that was rented out in the past and I have bought the property and do not wish to be a landlord. I just want to sell the trailer and clean up the property around the house that I bought.

I have never hooked up utilities so I do not know the condition of the plumbing, furnace, electricity....The map does not show location correctly. It is next to old 36 hiway, right next to the school.
