This is an older home that needs a little more updating but overall is in pretty nice condition. This home has been being used as a vacation home. The kitchen has had some updating including cabinets and floor tile as well as the dinning area. Berber carpet was installed throughout about 2years ago. New pex pluming lines were installed throughout the house also. the bathrooms has updated floor tile. Washer and dryer and some furniture included. home has to be moved.
