$5000 remodled trailer in quiet community private lake (Deluxe Lake Estates Bellvue (Peoria,IL))

I have completed around 85 % of remodeling.
Rebuilt walls using 2x4's instead of 1x3's, adds strength and safety to the structure.
Replaced panelling with drywall. looks better, adds to insulation and sound proofing.
Newly replaced insulation.
Newly rebuilt subflooring complete with new insulation.
Newly replaced water pipes and fixtures.
New wiring and electrical outlets, including phone/cable outlets.
Replaced all windows with new insulated, UV protected double pane windows.
Newly designed and built, large open kitchen with dinning area.
Newly designed and built 2nd BDRM with double French door closet.
Newly replaced insulated front door with built-in window horizontal blinds.
Newly installed furnace, only 3 years old.
Master BDRM bathroom has a large whirlpool jet tub.
Good size front deck.
Put in new ceiling fan in kitchen, and new vent fan in bathroom.

With materials and labor, I have invested over $4,000 into remodeling within the past 3 years. I estimated that it would take 3 people less than one week to completely finish remodeling. I allready have some of the materials needed.
This was originally built in 1984. The basic frames and structure are the same now as was then. The only difference is internal design and the new matierials used, but with mine having almost everything being completely rebuilt from 2008 to 2010, this is like buying a newly used model that just needs some finnishing touches.
