I am selling my 2006 champion 16x70, 3br, 2bth, mobile home. I bought it brand new, me and my family have been the only owners. It is one of the newer and nicer trailors in the park. There are nieghbors on the backside but there is an empty lot on the front which plans to stay empty. Its located in the well desired Whispering Oaks Community. They have recently put in a brand new park for the kids which is really nice thats within walking distance, and they also have a community lake for all you fishermen, stocked yearly with catfish and bass.
