One of the best lots in "The Groves" mobile home park. We currently have a triple wide on the lot, it is a 1978 Silvercrest, we would like to sell the land so the new owner can put in their own new mobile home. We have done research and to completely tear down and remove the old mobile home the cost is $6,000. The mobile home currently on the lot isn't in terrible condition, but would need some work.
