A very small and well kept mobile home park within the city limits of Guthrie Center, Iowa. There are currently 6 trailers in a 12 lot park. The park is over 6.5 acres. Lots have elecrtic, sewer, & city water hookups. Dumpster provided for trash. There is a very large grassy area for family activities that is maintained by park managers. This park is very secluded and surrounded by trees. Most residents of Guthrie Center are not even aware of its existance even though it is only 4 blocks from the center of town.
